Heidi Miller
16 White Head CoachCoach Miller is entering her 5th season as a coach at Revolution and her 24th season overall of coaching at the club and high school level. She serves as the Pittsburgh branch Director and supports Rev athletes with recruiting. As a high school player, Miller competed as an OH in the state of Indiana. As a Senior, she led her team to the Indiana State Championship match for the first time in her school’s history. She was the team captain and was named to the All-State team. Heidi was named a “Fab 50” player, and also made and played on the Junior National team in Colorado Springs. She was named MVP at the 18 Open Junior Olympic National Championships, where she competed for Circle City. Miller competed on the Penn State Women’s Volleyball Team from 1993-1997. She played in every match during her four years there as a defensive specialist and as an OH. Heidi still holds a digs per game record (prior to the addition of the libero position). While at Penn State her teams won the Big Ten title each year and competed in three NCAA Final Four championships. Heidi is currently an art teacher at North Allegheny where she also is coaching volleyball in her 24th season with the Tigers. The team has captured the PIAA 4-A State title the last three seasons.
