Registration for the 2026 Season is now open!
The Process
Step 1: Complete Online Registration
Registration is open and will be through the last day of tryouts. “Walk-ins” for all tryouts are welcome! We prefer for athletes to attend all tryout sessions for their age group to fairly evaluate them.
Online registration requires a Google Email (Gmail). We advise you to avoid using a smart phone to complete the registration.

Step 3: Obtain KRVA Athlete Tryout Membership
Not needed for Summer Tryouts for athletes who have a current USAV Region Membership.
This membership is available between July 1st to December 31st and is required for all athletes participating in club volleyball tryouts for FALL TRYOUTS. This membership is highly recommended for those junior members trying out for club volleyball for the first time. This membership must be upgraded to a Junior Player membership after committing to a club for the 2025-2026 season. This membership expires December 31st, unless upgraded.

Step 4: Complete USAV Medical Release Form
While we do not need a hard copy of your form at tryouts, please keep the hard copy of the form as we will collect it following notification of teams.

Step 6: Receive Team Selection email notification
An email will be sent to the parents/legal guardian regarding the results of tryouts no earlier than the following dates:
- 12u,13u, 14u | Fall Tryouts | Wednesday @ 7 PM October 22, 2025
- 15u,16u, 17u |Summer Tryouts | Wednesday @ 7pm on July 23 – 27, 2025
- 15u,16u, 17u | Fall Tryouts | Wednesday @ 7 PM November 12, 2025
Step 7: Accept or decline offer to join Revolution Volleyball Club
Once a Club (through a player’s parent) offers a player a position on a team roster, the offer must remain open, without changes in conditions, for a minimum of 48 hours from the date/time of the offer as time stamped on the e-mailed offer unless the offer is declined, in writing, prior to the expiration of the offer period.
Once an offer is accepted, in writing, it is binding to that club unless the player is released in accordance with provisions of the relevant governing documents. Binding offers cannot be made to any player until the start of the tryout period. All written correspondence must be submitted via email.
FAQS
What if I can’t attend tryouts?
If you cannot make it to a tryout session for your age group, please notify us at [email protected] so we can try to arrange other means of assessment.
What if I am participating in my High School’s State Tournaments during Tryouts?
For those individuals participating in their respective high school state tournaments during the time of tryouts, Revolution would request you still participate. However, we will not include you in any “live” play. We will ask that you participate in individual type drills.
